Judy B. Cleaves started Judy B. Cleaves Properties Inc. in December 1986 with a mission to provide excellent service and to market quality properties with a good value.

Judy Cleaves, Broker-owner served as President of the East Polk County Board of Realtors and was awarded REALTOR of the year 1994. She is active in the Florida Association of REALTORS having served as District X Vice President.

Community involvement has created a strong presence for the company with Chamber of Commerce of Greater Winter Haven, Girls Inc., Rotary Club, American Red Cross, Mainstreet Winter Haven and founding member of the Community Foundation of Greater Winter Haven.

Judy Cleaves was President of the Chamber of Commerce in 2000-2001 having served on the Board of Directors for several terms in various chairs.

In 2005 Cleaves was awarded the Woman of the Year Banker's Cup award, one of the most coveted honors in Winter Haven. She was also a recipient of the Ledger Newspaper's 20 Outstanding Women that same year.

Having worked in the real estate industry for more than 30 years, Cleaves qualifications are well supported with experience in negotiating, knowledge of the market place and most of all, her love of people and friends she has made through the years.
