Judy B. Cleaves Properties, Inc. was started in December 1986 by Judy B. Cleaves with a mission to provide excellent service both to its associates and its customers, and to market quality properties with an emphasis on the higher price market.
Education of the associates is a high priority and each associate has achieved a minimum of a Graduate of the Realtor Institute within two years of association with the company.
Several have continued their training by achieving the Certified Residential Specialist and Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager designations.
Judy Cleaves, Broker-owner has served as President of the local association and was awarded REALTOR of the Year 1994. She is active in the state association and has served as District X Vice President and on several committees.
Involvement in community events creates a strong presence for the company and its associates. Membership in the Chamber of Commerce, Girls, Inc., Rotary, American Red Cross, and Mainstreet Winter Haven are just a few of the many clubs represented by the sales and staff group.
